Who We Are

All About Us

J.U.G.S. Inc. has perpetuated and continued to provide 4 years scholarships to deserving high school graduates.  We are dedicated to improving the plights of children and uplifting the educational aspirations of young people.

The Los Angeles Chapter established its Scholarship Program in 1988.  Over $300,000 have been awarded to deserving students through our Scholarship Program.

Recipients of the J.U.G.S. Scholarships have continued financial support through four years of college by remaining full time students in an accredited four-year college/university while maintaining a "C" or above GPA.

Justice, Unity, Generosity, Service, International organizations has been cited for its philanthropic work by Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Alpha Phi Chi, Lane Bryant, The American Cancer Society, Our Author Study Club, National Association for Sickle Cell Disease, United Negro College Fund, The Sunday Morning Breakfast Club, central City Mental Health and Special Olympics.

In his book, Our Kind of People, a history of African Americans in America, Lawrence Otis Graham cited Justice, Unity, Generosity, Service, International, as one of the premiere social/charity organizations in the country.

The Los Angeles chapter now and in the future shall always have as their primary objective, children and their welfare.  This is the idea of J.U.G.S. Inc. and the reason J.U.G.S. was founded and this idea shall forever be perpetuated.
